- Rest isn't a luxury. It's the whole point.
Rest isn't a luxury. It's the whole point.
The real metric isn't revenue. It's time.
Hi loves,
I'm writing this from the Smoky Mountains surrounded by family, in-laws, fog rolling over ridgelines, and the kind of quiet you can't manufacture in suburbia.
My kids are playing cards with their grandparents. My husband is making coffee. I'm sitting on a porch doing absolutely nothing productive.
And for the first time in years, I'm not fighting it.
Rest isn't a luxury. It's the entire point.
For years, I thought rest was something I'd "earn" once I hit the next milestone:
Close the next deal
Launch the next project
Finish the next podcast season
Build the next system
But the milestone kept moving.
And rest kept getting postponed.
Until I realized something that changed everything:
Rest isn't the reward for execution. It's proof that your execution is working.
If you can't unplug for a long weekend without your income collapsing, your systems failing, or your business stalling you haven't built freedom.
You've built another job.
Time freedom is the north star. Not just income.
This trip, sitting here doing nothing while my business runs, my income flows, and my systems hold, is what I've been building toward.
Not the revenue.
Not the accolades.
Not even the land or the homestead.
The ability to be fully present with my family without panic.
Knowing my needs are met even while I rest.
That's the metric that matters.
And that's why my focus for 2026 is execution + automation.
Not execution OR automation.
Both. Together. Systemized.
Because:
Execution without automation = burnout
You're always "on." Always hustling. Always one vacation away from everything falling apart.
Automation without execution = expensive software you never use
You bought the tools. You watched the tutorials. But nothing's actually running because you never built the thing.
The unlock is this:
Action → Evidence → Confidence → Automation → Rest
You execute fast enough to see what works.
You automate what proves true.
You rest because the system runs without you.
That's freedom.
And that's what I'm building, for myself and for you, in 2026.
Here's what's coming in 2026:
I'm launching The More Money and Time Lab a complete framework for building parallel income streams that work around your real life.
Systems you can build in the margins and automate with AI.
Affiliate income. Digital products. Strategic time architecture. AI-powered efficiency.
All designed so you can unplug for a long weekend without your income stopping.
The pre-launch is $97. (It goes to $297 after the beta cohort.)
If you're tired of "researching" and ready to execute, this is for you.
But it's not just the Lab.
I'm also opening a few spots for private strategy and implementation support — for families who want this built WITH me, not just taught to them.
If that's you, just reply to this email with "interested" and I'll send you details.
Your action step for this week:
Ask yourself this:
"Could I unplug for an entire week without my income, business, or career collapsing?"
If the answer is no, that's your 2026 project.
Not more busywork.
Not more hustle.
Building systems that let you rest.
Because rest isn't a luxury.
Rest is proof that what you built actually works.
And 2026? That's the year we stop postponing it.
I'll see you in the New Year — rested, ready, and building the kind of freedom that doesn't require apologies.

P.S. If you want details for working with me 1:1, just reply with "2026" and I'll make sure you're first to know when doors open.
