What If Income Was Designed Like Infrastructure?
A new kind of book for a new kind of economy — one that doesn't collapse under caregiving, crisis, or change.
✨ Something I’ve Been Working On
Hey family,
I've been quieter than usual because I've been deep in a project (read: 10) and I’m excited to share a bit with you.
I’ve been writing a book, and it’s almost ready!
This isn’t just another wealth book. It’s a guide to economic infrastructure that survives job loss, health crises, caregiving demands, and economic instability. It’s for those of us who need income that works around life’s interruptions — not in spite of them.
More information coming.

What Homesteaders, Preppers, and Land Hackers Know That You Don’t
This week I sat down with Jack Allweil, who went from being fired from an actuarial job to flipping land full-time — serving everyone from homesteaders to doomsday preppers.
What stood out to me:
$4,000 can buy you an acre of raw land in Arizona. Some people are living off-grid for as little as $500/month in total expenses.
One person told Jack they replicated their entire setup — manufactured home, solar, batteries, etc. — for under $50,000.
Jack isn’t just flipping land for profit. He’s helping people build asset-based wealth and true sovereignty, outside the boundaries of traditional financial advice.
💡 Key Takeaways:
How forced reflection post-job-loss led to intentional wealth building
His evolution from house hacking → rentals → raw land
Why relationship capital beats hustle every time
How $1,500 investments can yield $4K+ returns through systemized methods

Jack’s story aligns beautifully with what I teach in The Connector Method™ — it’s systematic, it serves others, and it builds real assets alongside income.
🌿 What’s Growing This Week
The homestead is thriving right now as we head into peak summer. But honestly? I’m already excited about fall planting — that rhythm feels more aligned to me.
And that rhythm is what this work is really about:
Sovereignty. Systems. Resilience.
When you move with the seasons — not against them — you realize that sustainable wealth works the same way.
Preparation. Timing. Trust in the cycles.
Real growth is seasonal — not instant.
Case and Point 😏
💭 This Week’s Thought
During our conversation, Jack mentioned the book Who Not How? — a reminder to stop asking “How do I do this?” and start asking “Who can help me achieve this?”
That’s the essence of The Connector Method™.
And why I believe so deeply in anti-gatekeeping.
Your expertise + someone else’s expertise = multiplication, not dilution.
Whether it’s Jack connecting land buyers, me connecting you to systems, or you sharing what you know — we all rise when we build together.
